Emily came up with idea and asked me (Lorette) if I could help create a blog to follow Karen's mission experience. I thought it was a great idea and hopped on board. Our hope is to be able to document her letters home, special experiences and anything else important to her while she is on her mission. Then when she comes home we plan to print the blog off and have it hard bound in book form so she can have this blog as a memento of her mission for the rest of her life. Feel free to leave comments, or email me a letter you sent her or anything else you want added to the blog. But be warned they will be published :o)
Karen we are so proud of you for taking this step in your life. It isn't an easy step, but it is a step in the right direction that will change and form your life for the better from here on out. Know that we love you, will pray for you and know that the Savior will guide and protect you. Most of all remember that the Savior loves you and when times seem worst or you are just down, the Savior with encircle you in the arms of his love.
