Funny story of the week............ We were looking for a referral. We didn't have much information on this person. Only that they lived by a less active. We put the less actives address in our GPS. But the directions took us to a water tower that didn't have any roads around it. We were confused do we pulled over and tried to call some people in the ward that might have had a better idea of where this person lived. But while I was on the phone leaving a message a police officer drove passed us and then turned back around a parked behind us. Needless to say my heart started racing. They Officer asked us what we were doing. we told him that we were looking to an address and the GPS took us here. He was really nice and said all of the address on this part of the road were messed up. He asked us what address we were looking for. We handed him our ward directory and told him we where missionaries and what not. he told us where he thought the address might be. Hna Coles is really good at talking to everyone so she talked to the officer about what we do and gave him a pass-a-long card. He gave us good direction on where to fine the address. We found it but the less active was not home so we couldn't asked him which of his neighbors was interested. He heard music coming from one of the neighbors so we decided to knock on that door. An older woman named Carol. When she opened the door she told us straight up she was a Jehovah Witness. We kept talking to her and she was so amazing. We found out she was a recent convert to JW and she was preparing for her lesson on Sunday. She was really nice to us. She shared how much she loves God and the scriptures. she actually let us give her a Book of Mormon and let me share a scripture our of Alma 26. Because the way she was talking reminded me of Ammon praising God. She really liked the scripture and invited us to come back another day
